How do you do what you do, when you do it and show up?!
What is this all about?
This 2 hour class will help you look at your facilitation/training delivery style and stance.
- How often have you paused and thought about how you show up when you facilitate?
- Do you consider how you are standing, using your arms, or face?
- What words are you consciously choosing vs what happens to pop out of your mouth?
- And that’s all before we consider what is happening in your inner world as this will be reflected outwardly!
Why should I take this class?
As a facilitator or trainer it is your job to connect the group to the content, connect the group to one another and for YOU to connect with the group – how we create connections is through our communication, our stance and our style and yet this can be the last thing we consider.
These two hours will give you time to reflect on how you show up, consider what else you can be doing and saying, pick up some new ideas, refresh your current habits.

About your facilitator
Kirsty Lewis is the founder of School of Facilitation.
She used to work in the corporate world until she saw sense, jumped ship and set up her own training business. She is a bit of a geek when it comes to designing and delivering experiential learning. She thinks it is really important that professional facilitators and trainers keep learning, deepening the knowledge on how to design and deliver great learning and workshops.
Her corporate clients include Starbucks, Chanel, Diageo, Jacob Douwe Egberts and she has founded a community for facilitators and trainers called the SOF collective.
