Purchases, Refunds & Returns

• All purchases through the online store will have VAT added at the checkout and a processing fee of 3.5% will be added to the face value of any event ticket price 
• We guarantee to refund any full price item if you are not completely happy
• Physical goods must be returned to us within 14 days of purchase, in condition as sold. Exchanges are not possible
• Refunds on events - notice must be given 30 days before the event date
• Refunds on services and goods will be credited to your original method of payment once goods are received and checked
• We cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transit
• All SALE items or Product Code price special offers can be returned for a Credit Note only - no refunds or exchanges will be issued.
• Once received we will aim to process your return within 28 days.
• After three months, we retain the right to refuse the return of faulty goods or services
• No refund will be issued if the date of the event or service has passed
