We offer the opportunity to do facilitation differently…

To frame our thinking when designing and delivering workshops we use the P.O.S.E. model created by Tim Andrews.

We get very clear on the PURPOSE and outcomes. We ask why are we here and what needs to be achieved by the end of our time together? Purpose is our compass. We weave it through our workshop design and in what we say because it helps people make meaning of the experience.

In order to take OWNERSHIP for their participation and learning, people must feel a workshop has a sense of SAFETY and ENGAGEMENT.

Our participants are adults and they bring a wealth of experience and knowledge. Their thoughts and ideas count so we need to ENGAGE them at all steps of the journey.

How it works

We design a solution that fits your needs.  There isn’t such a thing as one size fits all and we are far from vanilla.  We work with you to identify the skills, behaviours and mindsets that need to evolve and then recommend the solution.

Meet the founder

Hi, I’m Kirsty. I welcome you to the School of Facilitation!

Founded in 2017, SOF supports corporates and facilitators alike. We foster connections, build one-of-a-kind learning environments and make the complicated art of ‘learning’... simple!

I’ve worked with powerhouse brands and household names, such as Diageo, Chanel and Jacob Douwe Egberts. My own personal facilitation journey spans decades (I know, I know, I don’t look old enough!) and I’ve worked for myself for much of that time.

Our facilitation team of 10 facilitators boast global, FTSE 100 and internationally applauded clients between them.
