Deliver trainers for in-house workshops

The Brief

A global food delivery organisation wanted support delivering a programme that upskilled their line managers. The client had designed the learning but did not have capacity to deliver it in-house and asked SOF to provide the trainers to do so, in an engaging and fun way. 

The clients desired outcomes and takeaways:

Consistency of leadership behaviours across global brands

Learning frameworks that are linked to the business strategy and the business DNA

Create connections between the individuals to build leadership

The Solution

SOF worked with the client to recruit two facilitative trainers who would deliver the programme on an on-going basis. 

  • Ran a pilot to hone and refine each of their 8 bespoke, virtual classes
  • Tested the graduation ceremony format
  • Updated and revised their current facilitator guides.

The Outcome

SOF have supported the client for the last three years, training over 400 managers and our trainers were given NPS scores of 77.  The client considered this NPS score to be world class. 

There is now a waitlist for this virtual programme due to the growing buzz and positive feedback from the line managers who have attended.  We like to think our facilitative trainers have contributed in some way to this.
