Introducing Flow Mastermind
A 6 month programme to enable you to step into your mastery.
Sustain and scale your facilitation practice with flow, purpose and reputation, so you keep earning well, doing meaningful work, and staying creatively alive without burning out.
Join me, Kirsty Lewis, and a small group of likeminded facilitators, in the SOF Flow Mastermind where you and your business will grow and flow into master facilitators.
I get it. Right now you might be:
But here’s the thing: you don’t have to be in business alone.
That sense of isolation, the second-guessing, the questions you can’t quite answer on your own- they all dissolve when you’re surrounded by a community of facilitators who get it.
After years of running her own facilitation business, Kirsty realised there was a gap: freelancers needed more than simply tips and training - they needed a place to belong, to grow together, and to build confidence as both facilitators and business owners.
That’s why she created the SOF Collective
What started as an idea has blossomed into a thriving community where you’ll find your people: a space to share ideas, learn continuously, and grow not just as a facilitator, but as a business owner too.
And now she has created the SOF Flow Mastermind
This is a space where you go from flourishing facilitator to being in your flow with your business, with the peers, confidence, and support to make it happen.
The SOF Flow Mastermind is your 360° facilitator’s support system: ideas, skills, and business confidence in one place.
Does this sound like you?
With a mix of hot seat coaching, 1:1 mentoring, masterclasses taught by the experts, we’ll evolve and grow your facilitation business so you can enjoy the fruits that it bears.
The Flow Mastermind will work with the four pillars of CLUB
C
Client
L
Learner
U
You
B
Business
Having supported 100s of trainers and facilitators, it is essential that these four pillars are considered to ensure you have a sustainable, healthy and happy business which generates client impact, a worklife balance and consistent revenue.
Meet Kirsty,
your facilitation Business Mentor and Flow Mastermind coach.
It was the Summer of 2016 and I had just joined a business mastermind.
I was asked what my current turnover was and I had no idea. A bit embarrassed, I looked up how much money we had invoiced so far that year. I remember clearly that I was sat on an overland tube in London and read £380,000.
I share this number not to blow my own trumpet but to share that I had no comprehension, until that moment, that we had invoiced so much, I was totally unaware of what was going on inside my own business.
Client projects had shown up, I had said yes, pulled different teams together to do the delivery and it all sort of happened without me having any idea on how I got to that point.
I have joined two masterminds in my time and both of them delivered for me.
Each time I got clearer on what SOF stood for, who my client was, what I was offering and where I wanted to head.
I met some of THE best people who have become firm friends and who I still work with today (you are going to get to meet some of them in this mastermind!)
I worked through my business and mindset challenges with people who got what I was talking about.
I left with a renewed sense of purpose, direction, determination and an awesome team who were there for me.
And that’s exactly why I decided to launch my own mastermind, so I can help you to be a better facilitator and sharper business owner.
How Does it Work?
You’ll begin with a group onboarding session in February, followed by your first hot seat coaching call.
From March to July you’ll learn and grow with expert masterclasses on the 1st Monday of the month.
All the curated experts for the Flow Mastermind will work within one of the four pillars of CLUB framework (Client, Learner, U, Business).
I am intentionally bringing together a team of experts who understand what it means to work successfully with corporate clients, write proposals, run a lucrative training business, hype yourself on a daily basis to get visible and attract clients and create workshops with impact so you’re invited back for further projects.

The Investment
PAY IN FULL
PAY MONTHLY
This is a beta cohort.
That means this is the first time I will be running Flow in this format.
You’ll receive the full experience, support and structure of the mastermind, and in return I’ll be listening closely, refining as we go, and shaping the programme around the real, lived needs of experienced facilitators like you.
Because this is a founding group, the investment is offered at a reduced rate.
Future cohorts will be priced higher once Flow is fully established.
If you enjoy being part of something as it’s being shaped, and value proximity, influence and honest conversation, this cohort is for you.
