SOF Flow Mastermind

A six-month business mastermind for experienced facilitators who want greater clarity, stronger business decisions, and more predictable growth, supported by people who genuinely understand the world of facilitation.

Are you beyond the start-up stage...

…but still making too many business decisions on your own?

Are you ready to create more focus...

…around the clients, offers, and opportunities that will genuinely move your facilitation business forward?

Are you ready to share the thinking...

…with a trusted group of experienced facilitators who will bring fresh perspectives, honest challenge, and practical support?

Introducing SOF Flow Mastermind

jakesmallwood_SoF_75

The SOF Flow Mastermind is a six-month experience designed to help you build a stronger, more sustainable facilitation business.

This is absolutely not another course filled with information for you to work through alone.

It is a small, trusted room where experienced facilitators come together to discuss their businesses openly, challenge their assumptions, and make better decisions with the benefit of shared experience of the hive mind.

Together, we will look at what is really happening inside your business, where your time and energy are going, what needs to change, and what will create meaningful momentum.

You will be supported to gain clarity around your direction, strengthen your positioning, build confidence in your pricing and client conversations, and create more structure and consistency behind the scenes.

You will learn from me, Kirsty Lewis, hand-picked experts, and, importantly, from the other people in the room.

What you don’t need is another generic business coach or another training programme, you need deeper conversations with people who get our world of facilitation.

I have had enough of the ‘experts’ telling me to follow their business blueprint, to take these steps to achieve £20k months because I know each of us run our enterprises in our own unique way.

AND I believe we each have a sense of what we personally need to define success on our terms, its the support and accountability we miss.

Kirsty Lewis, School of Facilitation Founder

“SOF FLOW Mastermind is a hivemind supporting each other in their businesses - together we are stronger, more confident, and more supported.”

Sherry

"The quality of the learning is testament to Kirsty's experience and leadership as well as the way that she leverages the power of the collective - an opportunity to connect with others in similar fields and solve issues together."

Graham

"It’s given me the confidence to grow as a business, put myself out there with decent rates, and see the value in what I offer."

Justin

"I've realised that there are ever increasing levels of professional development available for facilitators. And lots of different routes that I could take."

Kate

I get it. Right now you might be:

Thinking, “I love the work I do, but I want my business behind it to feel more deliberate and less dependent on what happens to land in my inbox.”

Wondering how other experienced facilitators are finding clients, pricing their work, writing proposals, building visibility, and creating more predictable income systems.

Looking for more structure and clarity, but not wanting to force yourself into someone else’s version of how a business “should” be run.

Missing the perspective and energy that comes from thinking alongside other experienced facilitators.

The questions you keep circling, the decisions you have been second-guessing, and the challenges that are difficult to solve alone can look very different once they are shared with people who understand the context.

After years of running my own facilitation business, I have recognised a clear gap.

Experienced facilitators didn’t simply need more tips or training; in fact, they needed a place to think properly about their businesses in a space deliberately created to help them grow.

A place where they could talk openly about clients, pricing, proposals, visibility, delivery, confidence, and business growth without having to explain the industry first.

A place where they could benefit from different perspectives, learn from the experience of others, and receive support that was both generous and honest.

That is why I created the SOF Collective.

What started as an idea has grown into a global community where facilitators find their people, share what they know, and develop as both practitioners and business owners.

This is a space where you go from flourishing facilitator to being in your flow with your business, with the peers, confidence, and support to make it happen.

The SOF Flow Mastermind is your 360° facilitator’s support system: ideas, skills, and business confidence in one place.

Does this sound like you?

You have an established facilitation, training, or coaching business and are ready to give its growth more focused attention.

You want greater clarity around your niche, ideal clients, pricing, offers, or business direction.

You are good at what you do, but the business side can still feel inconsistent, reactive, or overly dependent on a handful of clients.

You are tired of generic business advice from people who do not understand what it takes to sell facilitation and learning work into organisations.

You want peers who will encourage you, challenge you, and offer perspectives you would not reach alone.

Through a combination of hot-seat coaching, one-to-one mentoring, expert masterclasses, and peer discussion, Flow provides dedicated time to work on the business rather than simply staying busy within it.

The Flow Mastermind works across the four pillars of the SOF CLUB framework.

C

Client

Strengthen how you attract, communicate, and convert the right clients.

L

Learner

Continue developing your practice without feeling the need to enroll in another full training program.

U

You

Examine the beliefs, habits, and assumptions shaping the way you run your business.

B

Business

Create greater structure, discipline, and sustainability behind the scenes.

Having supported hundreds of trainers and facilitators, we know these four areas cannot be separated.

A healthy facilitation business needs strong client relationships, excellent practice, a grounded business owner, and operations that support rather than drain you.

“Flow has allowed me to spend more time on the B2B side of my business, adding perspective and checking in on direction. I feel clearer, have gained a new coaching client, and pitched a client off-site with more confidence.”

Richard

Meet Kirsty,

your facilitation Business Mentor and Flow Mastermind coach.

In the summer of 2016, I joined my first business mastermind.

During one of the early conversations, I was asked what my turnover was.

I had no idea.

I looked up how much we had invoiced that year and, sitting on an Overground train in London, realised the figure was £380,000.

I share that not to blow my own trumpet, but because I had been so focused on serving clients, building teams, and delivering the work that I had very little understanding of what was actually happening inside my own business.

Projects had appeared. I had said yes. I had brought people together and delivered the work.

But I had not stopped to examine how the business had grown, what was working, what I wanted next, or where my attention was best placed.

Being part of a mastermind gave me the space and perspective to do that.

I became clearer about what SOF stood for, who my clients were, what I wanted to offer, and where the business was going.

I worked through business and mindset challenges with people who understood what I was talking about, and I left with renewed direction, stronger decisions, and relationships that have lasted for years.

I have joined two masterminds during my career, and both have delivered for me, not because someone handed me a perfect formula, but because the quality of the room changed the quality of my thinking.

That is what I want to create for you inside Flow.

A place where you can bring the real questions, challenges, and opportunities within your facilitation business and work through them with people who understand.

A place to become not only a stronger facilitator, but a clearer, braver, and more commercially confident business owner.

“I now have crystal-clear clarity on my niche and what I am going to focus on. I have launched my Leadership Development Day for IT Managers with clearer pricing, a stronger understanding of my ideal client, and have already made a sale.”

How Does it Work?

jakesmallwood_SoF_75

You will begin with a group onboarding session where we meet, understand what each person is bringing into the room, and identify what you most want to move forward with during the six months.

From there, the programme combines structured business input with space to work on the real opportunities and challenges happening in your business.

Monthly expert masterclasses introduce practical thinking, approaches, and perspectives across the four areas of the CLUB framework.

Hot-seat coaching sessions give you the opportunity to bring a live question, decision, or challenge to the room and benefit from Kirsty’s guidance and the collective experience of the group.

You will also have two one-to-one mentoring conversations with Kirsty, giving you dedicated space to explore your specific business direction and challenges more deeply.

The programme is intentionally small because the people in the room are central to its value.

You will get to know one another’s businesses, learn from each other’s experiences, and benefit from a trusted hive mind that grows stronger as the six months progress.
