The theme of the gathering is Wisdom from the Streets
It is really easy to get stuck on the conveyor belt of work, delighted that clients want us to coach them, deliver workshops or design learning.
We happily accept the work, feeling validated, maybe relieved money is flowing and life feels good.
However
I have noticed there comes a point when I realise I have lost sight of what my reason is for doing this work. I have moved away from the initial energy that sparked my passion for training, coaching and facilitation and with this distance from the spark the passion can wane. It’s still there just not as bright as before.
- How can we re-ignite our passion for what we do?
- Do we know where we are going or where we want to aim for?
- How do we check-in with ourselves, our businesses and partners to answer these questions?
Flow
Come and join us at the SOF June Gathering as we give ourselves time to answer the burning questions we are holding about ourselves and our passions.
We will play with the Street Wisdom model to seek inspiration from the urban environment as well as our senses and intuition.
Time spent outside connecting with ourselves, our urban environments and nature can be great stimulus and spaces to help us gently process our thoughts.
The invitation is to stay on for lunch after the session has finished to connect with others in the group and to continue to get to know one another. (Lunch is not included in the gathering ticket)
Tea and coffee provided (bring your own keep cup or water bottle if you like a drink as you walk)
