Drawing from her own experiences as a neurodivergent learner, Hayley will reflect on how traditional educational environments often overlook diverse needs, leaving many feeling unsupported. She will share personal stories of overcoming these barriers and highlight the importance of recognising different learning styles. The session will conclude with practical, real-world strategies that facilitators and educators can implement to ensure every learner, regardless of their neurotype, has the tools and support they need to thrive.

Hayley Brackley is a workplace neurodiversity consultant and coach, dedicated to creating accessible, inclusive environments. She’ll be combining her expertise in neuroinclusion, and as a facilitator, with real-world strategies to help facilitators make learning inclusive for all.
