And which tools and interventions promote transfer effectiveness? In this session, we’ll explore some of the answers to these questions – answers which are scientifically sound and practically tested”

We will give you an overview of the 12 levers of transfer effectiveness which are the gist of 110 years of scientific research that Dr. Ina Weinbauer-Heidel from the Institute for Transfer Effectiveness reviewed. These 12 levers are focused on ensuring that the insights of a learning event are sustainably transferred into real life.

After a short overview of these 12 levers, we will play a powerful transfer card game to
a) engage stakeholders in a meaningful dialogue about transfer
b) create buy-in for transfer interventions (yes get our clients to understand that training along will not be enough to drive the desired outcome)
c) identify possible transfer barriers in a specific programs

We will wrap up the session, with a little “market place” activity to explore transfer tools that you can try out and make your programs more transfer robust.
