From Actions to Aha 💡: Unlocking the power of insight in learning

In this session, we’ll look at the difference between actions and deep insights in learning. While actions are often used to measure the success of workshops, real transformation happens through ‘aha’ moments that change thinking and motivation. We’ll explore how to create these moments and why they are key to lasting behavioural change.

I’ll share insights from neuroscience and behavioural science to explain what makes these moments possible, and how to design for them. But the value of this session lies in our collective experience. We’ll work together to generate ideas, share strategies, and explore new approaches that you can immediately apply in your own facilitation. This session will give you the tools to create learning experiences that lead to real, lasting change.
