Book Club

We’re excited to centre a book club conversation around ‘learning outside’, and it is called ‘Reading Outside The Box’.

The book we are reading for SOFest is ’The Creativity Factor’ by Gary Pratt. The invitation is either to read the book in advance OR bring other insights for how we can draw on nature and being outside to inspire, energise and enhance learning experiences and creativity from other books on a similar theme.

During the festival there is an invitation to bring a literary gift to share. We are encouraging people to bring a book to gift, including a message to the recipient about why they had chosen it, and the impact it had had on them. You have to bring a book to get a book!
